It operates over a voltage range of 5 to 265 volts AC or 5 to 125 volts DC with 8 points per group, a maximum current per point of 2.5 A, and a module maximum of 20 A. Key electrical specifications include a current draw of 205 mA at 5.1 V and 180 mA at 24 V, maximum heat dissipation of 4.75 W, signal delay of 10 ms on and off, and zero off-state leakage current. This I/O module measures approximately 118 x 52.5 x 87 mm and weighs about 450 g, allowing DIN rail or panel mounting with a power supply distance rating of 8 modules when paired with compatible supplies such as the 1769-PA2, 1769-PB2, 1769-PA4, or 1769-PB4.
