The Manufacturer warrants that all new tools and non-powered dispensers are free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is valid for a period of three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date the product is shipped to the customer.

This warranty applies to all components associated with new tools and non-powered dispensers. However, it does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear or require replacement as a result of regular use during the warranty period.

The Manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is limited, at its sole discretion, to the repair or replacement of the defective product, F.O.B. the seller’s point of shipment. Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for labor costs, incidental damages, or consequential damages. No implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided beyond those expressly stated herein.
