- Standard duty (OSC) — 1/2" to 3/4" widths, 0.020" thickness; for general heavy applications with moderate load weights and regular edge profiles; compatible with all STL-105 and STL-PC tools.
- High tensile (HT) — 3/4" to 1-1/4" widths, 0.029" to 0.044" thickness; for extreme-weight loads, sharp or abrasive edges, and applications requiring maximum break strength; requires STL-PCHD, STL-PT, or STL-PDN pneumatic tools for 1-1/4" strap.
- Seal grade must match strap grade — standard-duty seals (0.020" gauge) for OSC strap; heavy-duty seals (0.031" gauge) for HT strap.
