  • The Samuel 100-567 (part no 6ADS1567-1000A) is a heavy-duty mobile strapping dispenser cart that carries oscillated coils of steel or plastic strapping anywhere work happens — the dock, the yard, or the mill floor.
  • One cart handles steel strapping up to 2-7/8" (70 mm) wide plus polyester (PET) and polypropylene (PP) strapping on 16" core coils with a 3" or 6" face, so a single dispenser covers both your steel banding and pallet strapping operations.
  • A strapping dispenser cart holds a coil of banding and dispenses it as the operator pulls, with a brake that stops the coil from unwinding.
  • The 100-567 does this and more: heavy-duty 10" wheels roll easily over dock plates and rough yard surfaces, an automatic brake prevents dangerous coil spring-back and wasted strap, and strap pays off cleanly from the side through a built-in strap guide.
  • The extra-large tool tray is sized for battery-powered strapping tools as well as manual tensioners, sealers, and seal stock — so one operator moves the coil, tools, and consumables in a single trip.
  • Unlike most single-material dispensers, the 100-567 works with steel, PET, and PP strapping in one 55 lb cart, making it ideal for pallet strapping, coil and bundle securement, steel service centers, fabrication shops, lumber yards, and distribution centers.

The Manufacturer warrants that all new tools and non-powered dispensers are free from defects in design, materials, and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is valid for a period of three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date the product is shipped to the customer.

This warranty applies to all components associated with new tools and non-powered dispensers. However, it does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear or require replacement as a result of regular use during the warranty period.

The Manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is limited, at its sole discretion, to the repair or replacement of the defective product, F.O.B. the seller’s point of shipment. Under no circumstances shall the seller be liable for labor costs, incidental damages, or consequential damages.
